Naples: 20–26 January with Agnes Crawford
This will be Learn Italy’s first visit to this vibrant and fascinating city with excursions out of the city to Pompeii and Herculaneum.
Ferrara: 13–16 February with Alexandra Lawrence
For anyone who has read Ali Smith’s How to be Both, a visit to the Palazzo Schifanoia is imperative. We will enjoy the temporary exhibition at Palazzo dei Diamanti; Il Cinquecento a Ferrara. Mazzolino, Ortolano, Garofalo, Dosso.
Ravenna: 12–16 March with Verdiana Baioni
Superb mosaics from the fifth and sixth centuries with an expert guide.
Piero della Francesca: 26 September–October 2 with Agnes Crawford
Visits to find his paintings in Arezzo, Sansepolcro, Urbino, Perugia and Monterchi.
Parma 16–20 October
